Go to Balcony of the Sea, set really close to the apartment and enjoy every bite of your meals. We could walk to Playa Montezuma, which was 10 minutes away. We wanted to explore Costa Rica Color and this place was a lovely base for this.

We had a great stay at a fantastic value. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the center of town and the beach. The balcony was a nice bonus, allowing us to relax and enjoy the evening breeze. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. On our first night, we were even treated to live music and delicious BBQ cooked on-site. we had an amazing time and would highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hostel. From the moment we arrived, the friendly staff made us feel right at home. the place was incredibly clean and well-maintained, with beautiful colorful plants and flowers throughout. the kitchen was fully equipped and always clean, making it easy for us to cook our own meals. the location was perfect, with the beach and the center of town just a short walk away. We loved the cute wooden second floor and the wall paintings that added a unique touch to the ambiance. And to top it off, they offered free, delicious coffee every morning. We highly recommend Pura Vida!

The proximity to the beach and center was convenient for exploring. Though the language barrier with the staff posed some challenges, they were friendly and tried their best to assist. Free coffee was a nice gesture, and the two hammocks provided a relaxing spot to unwind. despite a few drawbacks, I would recommend this hostel.
